No. 13 Squadron actively uses up to date Social Media to keep in touch with it’s Cadets.
Twitter is the most instant form of Social Media available for Cadets. It enables us to send text updates directly to your phone – particularly helpful to send reminders about important events, or to notify Cadets of sudden changes in plan – like the 40 Squadron visit at Napier airport. If you’re not already on Twitter, we encourage Cadets to sign up and follow us by following these simple instructions.
- Go to twitter.com/signup to register with Twitter. All you’ll need is an email address
- Once you’re logged in, go to your mobile settings and set up text updates from Twitter to your phone
- Go to twitter.com/13squadron and follow us.
- Click on the mobile phone icon to start receiving text updates from 13 Squadron
